In addition, we use traditional methods, special recipies and do not have the high water content of some factory processed bacon.

KEEPING QUALITIES:
Bacon & Gammon is vacumn packed and will keep in a normal refrigeration for up to 2 months. If the seal is broken either consume or freeze.
Once opened remove from plastic and place in grease proof paper and eat within 10 days.
All our products can be frozen without effecting flavour.
